Why this potato oven earns its place
The Majesty is built for high-volume service. Its 6 kW convection oven can fill the main cooking chamber with jacket potatoes and have them ready in one hour—no foil wrapping, no fiddling. Once cooked, potatoes go straight to the integrated top display area where they stay hot and visible to customers, giving you up to 100 hot potatoes on hand at any moment.
The air-flow system is engineered by King Edward to cook evenly: every potato gets the same dry heat and the same timing, so your presentation is consistent. Load, wait, serve. The temperature range runs from 0 °C to 250 °C, so once you've mastered jacket potatoes, you can branch into other hot foods—pies, pastries, anything that suits a commercial convection oven. The unit is black, built solidly at 100 kg, and sits within standard counter depths (685 mm wide, 1200 mm tall).
At 415 V three-phase power, this is a machine for kitchens with established electrical infrastructure. It pulls 6000 W—serious load, serious output. One-year warranty covers manufacture and materials.
