The Lainox Oracle ORACSB DK749 is built for sites that need speed without giving up control. It combines three cooking technologies – microwave, fan-assisted and impingement – and gives the operator two cooking modes to work with: high speed oven mode, which uses all three technologies together, and Combi Wave, where microwave, convection or a combination of both can be selected.
That flexibility is backed by a 7" LCD colour touch screen that can be customised to suit the site, so the oven can be set up to match the way your kitchen works. WiFi connectivity comes as standard, with recipes uploaded and shared through Nabook plus, which also offers programs and advice from operators around the world.
The cabinet is stainless steel, with an external size of 630(H) x 467(W)mm, a depth of 609 mm and a gross weight of 63 kg. It runs on a 400V three phase supply with a rated input of 6000 W, and the design means there is no need for overhead extraction, giving you more freedom over where it can be installed.
