Why this high speed oven earns its place
The Lainox Oracle ORACBS is built for kitchens that want speed without losing control. It uses three cooking technologies – microwave, fan-assisted and impingement – and gives the operator two cooking modes to work with: high speed oven mode, which uses all three technologies, and Combi Wave, where microwave, convection or a combination of both can be selected.
That flexibility matters when service needs to move quickly but the food still has to look and eat well. The Oracle is designed to cut queue times while maintaining food quality, and its 7 inch LCD colour touch screen is made to be intuitive and configurable for the site using it. Wi-Fi comes as standard, so recipes can be uploaded and shared through the Nabook plus platform.
It is also a practical installation choice. The manufacturer says there is no need for overhead extraction, and the unit is supplied as a plug-in single phase model on 230V with a 3600 W rated input. With a stainless steel body, black finish, 63 kg gross weight and 2 years parts and labour warranty, it is a serious commercial oven in a relatively compact footprint.
