Why this gas range earns its place
The Hobart Ecomax HETPG77FG is a gas range built for kitchens that want a solid top oven range in a compact-but-serious commercial format. It carries a 2/1 GN double capacity, which makes it easy to place in a GN-led workflow.
The external dimensions are 850 x 700 x 730 mm, and the gross weight is 116 kg. That gives you a sturdy freestanding unit without pushing it into oversized territory for a professional kitchen line.
The range is finished in stainless steel and silver, with a natural gas fuel type and a 1 year parts & labour warranty. The dossier keeps the spec simple, but the combination of solid top, gas range format and GN sizing tells you exactly what this is built to do.
