The Falcon Dominator Plus E3917i is made for kitchens that want high-performance solid-top style cooking without a gas connection. It combines a powerful induction hob with a large-capacity fan-assisted oven underneath, giving one unit both top-side cooking and oven capacity.
The hob is laid out with five distinct heat zones, including a 7.5 kW square central zone, 3 kW sides, a 3 kW front section and a 5 kW rear zone. That setup is intended to give the same kind of flexibility and multipot cooking freedom chefs expect from a traditional gas solid top, while still delivering the benefits of induction technology.
It is a substantial piece of kit at 900 mm high, 900 mm wide and 855 mm deep, with a gross weight of 150 kg and a 27.5 kW rated input on 400V three-phase power. The unit is finished in stainless steel and silver, comes with sturdy adjustable feet and carries a 2 year parts and labour warranty.
