The Falcon Dominator Plus Solid Top Induction Oven Range on Castors E3917I CJ253 is designed to bring solid-top style hob cooking into a kitchen without a gas connection. It combines a powerful induction solid top with a large capacity fan-assisted oven below, giving the unit cooking flexibility in one footprint.
The hob has five distinct heat zones, with the square central zone rated at 7.5 kW, the rear zone at 5 kW and the side and front zones at 3 kW. Falcon says this lets you use it in the same way as a traditional gas solid top, while still taking advantage of induction technology.
