Why this gas range earns its place
The Silverlink 600 SLR6C/P takes the sealed-hob, full-oven design of its larger sibling and scales it down for kitchens running tighter footprints. Four burners cover simultaneous frying, simmering, reducing and holding without the overkill of six. Temperature range runs from 130 to 250 °C, so you get full roasting and frying capacity from the same oven cavity. Propane gas feeds the burners, giving you instant heat response and straightforward fuel management.
The detail that makes this machine work daily is the pressed and sealed hob tops. No crevices for grease to accumulate, no burnt spills stuck in gaps—the top wipes clean and stays clean. That's the difference between equipment you'll maintain gladly and equipment that becomes a chore. Stainless steel exterior and enamelled cast iron cooking surfaces are built to take the pace of real service. The oven beneath means you're not sacrificing roasting or baking just because the hob is narrower.
At 600 mm wide and 956 mm tall, the footprint is noticeably more compact than the 6-burner while keeping the same oven depth and height. Rear castors let you wheel it out for deep cleaning, essential for kitchen hygiene and the work surfaces behind it. At 67.9 kg, it's lighter than the 6-burner but still substantial—heavy enough to stay stable under load but genuinely moveable. Propane connection is standard and straightforward.
