Why this dual fuel range earns its place
The OD8007/N is the natural gas version of Lincat's Opus 800 dual fuel range, built on a strong steel chassis with heavy duty pan supports. It uses a natural gas fuel setup and is listed at 912 × 900 × 800 mm with a gross weight of 186 kg, so it is a substantial fixed range rather than a lightweight piece of kit.
Across the top, the six 7kW burners use dual concentric rings to give focused heat distribution, from a low simmer to a high heat whatever the pan size. That keeps the cooking surface direct and responsive for sections that need to move from gentle heat to full output without changing equipment.
The fan-assisted electric oven below delivers uniform heat and consistent cooking results across the interior, with space for 6 x GN1/1. It runs on 230/400V, has a temperature range of +120 to +280 °C and comes with a 2-year parts and labour warranty.
