Why this gas range earns its place
The Opus 800 OG8001/N is a natural gas range that brings four 7 kW burners together with a 6 kW oven underneath. Lincat builds it on a strong and robust steel chassis, with heavy duty pan supports that suit the pace and weight of commercial use.
The dual concentric rings on the burners give focused heat distribution, so the top can move from a low simmer to a high heat without forcing the chef to compromise on pan size. Underneath, the oven is large enough for 2 x 1/1 GN, which keeps the unit practical when the kitchen needs to do more than one job at once.
This model measures 920 x 600 x 800 mm and weighs 99.5 kg gross. The listed temperature range is +120 to +280 °C, and the dossier also records a 230/400V connection alongside the natural gas supply, so buyers can plan the install around the actual spec rather than a guess.
