Why this gas range earns its place
The Falcon F900 four burner oven range is a workhorse for kitchens where you need both hob and oven in one footprint. Four 9.5 kW burners run on propane, each with individual cast iron pan supports that hold pans steady through service. The hob is a one-piece pressed design with deep wells built in—spillages stay contained, grease doesn't pool at the edges, and sealed burner wells mean you're not fighting buildup when you clean.
The cooktop design is purpose-built for durability. Wide raised corners prevent grease collecting in hidden spots, and everything is sealed so you can wipe the hob down without water running into gaps. The unit is manufactured from 304 culinary-grade stainless steel, which means it resists the daily punishment of a busy kitchen—acid from food, salt from sweat, heat from the burners.
Below the cooktop sits an oven cavity that holds a 2/1 gastronorm double tray size, with a temperature range from 80 to 280 °C. The metal-to-metal door seal keeps heat inside where it matters, not bleeding into your kitchen. At 910 × 800 × 900 mm, it's a full-size range footprint that fits into standard kitchen layouts. At 125 kg, it's heavy enough to feel built properly.
