Why this dual fuel range earns its place
The Dominator Plus is built for kitchens that need speed and flexibility without the footprint. Its six open-top gas burners hit the hob hard — ideal for building sauces, boiling stockpots, or running multiple services simultaneously. The removable hob means cleaning up after service is straightforward: lift it out and get to the cast iron pan supports.
Behind those burners sits a substantial 2/1 GN fan-assisted electric oven, running from 100 to 250 °C. That's the full temperature range a busy kitchen needs: slow roasting at the low end, hot finishing at the top. The double gastronorm capacity handles volume — roast a pair of chicken joints, or a full tray of vegetables, while the hob runs the orders.
Everything's finished in robust stainless steel with cast iron where it matters. The unit sits just 890 mm tall, 900 mm wide and 900 mm deep, so it slots into tight galley kitchens or sits at the end of a line without monopolising real estate. At 114 kg, it's mobile enough to reposition if your layout shifts, but solid enough to handle daily punishment. And it runs on standard 230V or 400V electric with propane gas, so you're not limited to mains gas supply.
