The Imperial ICVE1 is a stainless-steel electric convection oven built for kitchens that want even heat and straightforward control from a solid, heavy-duty unit. It measures 1524 x 965 x 1054 mm and weighs 236 kg, so it is a substantial piece of kit, and the stand is not included with the oven.
Inside, the turbo-flow system is designed to spread heat evenly through the cavity. That helps reduce shrinkage, hold more moisture and improve the finish on the food, while the porcelainised interior supports better browning. The 2-speed fan motor also gives you the flexibility to handle both high-production cooking and more delicate baking.
Day-to-day use is kept simple by the large viewing window and the electric timer with an audible buzzer, which makes it easier to watch progress and avoid overcooking. It runs on 240V three-phase power and carries a 1 Year Parts Only warranty.
