Why this convection oven earns its place
The Imperial ICVG-1 is a gas convection oven built for kitchens that need consistent heat and practical day-to-day control. It runs on propane gas and is finished in stainless steel, with a large window that makes it easier to keep an eye on food while it cooks.
Its turbo-flow system is designed to deliver even cooking throughout the oven cavity, helping reduce shrinkage and hold more moisture in the finished product. That gives the kitchen a better quality result without turning the oven into a complicated piece of kit.
The oven also has a 2-speed 1/2 hp fan motor and a 2-speed cool down feature, so it can move between heavier production cooking and more delicate baking, then come back down in a controlled way. An audible timer buzzer helps reduce overcooking in noisy service periods.
