Why this convection oven earns its place
The Blue Seal Turbofan E33D5 is a workhorse convection oven for kitchens that need real capacity without a monster footprint. It holds five full-size 1/1 GN trays with 85 mm spacing between each — enough room for a decent protein and veg on each one. That's roughly 5–6 portions per tray in a family-service kitchen, or heavier batch loads in contract catering. Temperature range is +50°C to +260°C, so you're covered from gentle warming through to caramelising and baking.
The fan system is the strength. Turbofan convection ensures heat circulates evenly, so all five trays cook uniformly — no hot spots, no turn-and-rotate midway. The digital control panel lets you save up to 20 programmes: set time, temperature and fan speed once, save it, then every service you just load, select your programme, and cook. That consistency is gold when you're feeding a school, running a hotel service, or handling banqueting.
Dimensions are 730 mm tall, 610 mm wide, 680 mm deep. It weighs 85 kg and needs 230V single-phase power at 6000 W — hefty but standard for a commercial oven. The internal chamber is 515 × 330 mm, large enough for full-size GN trays and comfortably deeper than compact alternatives. Two years' parts-and-labour warranty, extendable.
