Why this combination oven earns its place
Two ovens in one footprint is the engineering answer to kitchens that need simultaneous cooking at different temperatures. The NAE161BV is a 6-shelf oven stacked on top of a 10-shelf model, each with its own 10-inch colour touch screen. This means you can roast proteins in the lower oven at 180°C while finishing baked goods in the upper oven at 200°C, without compromising either cook — no temperature compromise, no waiting for one cycle to finish before starting the next.
Each oven operates independently with its own recipe library, menu structure and multilevel cooking intelligence. Direct steam injection (boosted capability) on both chambers means fast temperature recovery, sharp humidity control, and the precision that separates good batch cooking from precise service cooking. Your teams work both screens simultaneously, or focus on one while the other runs automated batch jobs. The 16 trays total (10 in the lower, 6 in the upper) deliver flexible capacity — you're not loading both to maximum every time, but you have it when service demands it.
Stainless steel construction with silver finish is built for kitchen visibility and durability. The unit is 2040 mm tall and 230 kg — substantially engineered for high-output work. It runs on 400V three-phase power and includes a 2-year parts and labour warranty. Each oven is fully configurable to your kitchen's needs, and Craven Cooling supports installation and ongoing servicing.
