Each pre-set is dialled in so you don't have to guess temperature, humidity or timing. If you need to build a custom recipe, the oven gives you the precision: up to 99 programs, each with up to 6 stages, so a complex dish (sear, then slow, then finish crisp) becomes one touch-and-go.
The real trick is ClimaControl technology. Rather than just "oven on, steam on," this system lets you set exactly how much heat and how much steam for each stage of cooking. You can also cook using time (set it and forget it), core probe (the oven monitors the food's internal temperature and stops when done), or Delta T (the oven reads the core temperature difference and adjusts itself as the food cooks). This flexibility is what separates "nice oven" from "oven that actually solves the problem."
With 6×1/1 GN capacity, the 665×720×620mm unit is compact yet spacious—easily adjustable shelves slide in and out, so you can configure for whatever you're cooking (deep hotel pans, flat trays, combination). Once service ends, the automatic one-touch wash mode cleans the interior automatically. Stainless steel and tempered glass construction ensures it looks professional for years. The 2-year on-site parts and labour warranty gives you security.
