This Alto-Shaam Vector H Series oven is a 4-shelf multi-cook unit in stainless steel, finished in silver, with a 1/1 GN full format, 415V three-phase power and a 12,700 W input. It is built for sites that need serious cooking flexibility without giving up valuable space.
The manufacturer describes Simple Control as part of a space-saving system that can offer multiple ovens in one unit, with independent chambers, temperature, fan speed and time control. That is the point of the design: to let a kitchen work across different dishes at the same time without losing control.
The Vector H Series also brings LED door lighting, an improved hinge and handle, a larger glass viewing area and Structured Air Technology. Alto-Shaam also states ventless operation, which makes this a practical option where extraction or kitchen layout is a limiting factor.
