This compact Buffalo combi oven is built around a 6 x 1/1 gastronorm tray capacity, so it gives you a useful amount of cooking space without taking over the kitchen. The internal cavity measures 385 × 560 × 385 mm, and the stainless steel and glass build gives it a solid commercial feel.
The front-mounted 7 inch touchscreen is designed to make day-to-day cooking simpler. The manufacturer says you can set and run multi-stage cooking programs, with up to 99 programs and up to 6 stages each, or pick from 40 pre-set options such as bacon, croissants, roast beef or chocolate brownies.
It also includes ClimaControl technology for setting heat and steam precisely, plus time, core probe and Delta T cooking functions. At the end of service, the automatic one-touch washing mode helps simplify cleaning, and the oven is backed by a 2-year parts-and-labour warranty with a further 2-year on-site parts-and-labour extended warranty.
