Why this charcoal oven earns its place
Designed and made in the UK since 2008, the Inflorescence is engineered for menus that shift across the day. Cook breakfast eggs and breads at 100°C, pivot to lunchtime fish and vegetables, finish with wood-fired paella and roasted game in the evening — all on a single piece of kit. The enclosed charcoal grill design locks in natural moisture, so food stays succulent rather than drying on the surface. The special chamber design (heat retained in the walls and roof) keeps temperature even throughout, meaning no hot spots and consistent results whether you're working the grill at 200°C or burning through 10-minute sears at 550°C.
At 918 mm tall and just 67 kg, it's nimble enough to fit smaller kitchens, outdoor spaces, and mobile setups where the larger Original would crowd the pass. The buttercup finish is striking and warm — it transforms a workhorse piece of equipment into a visual signature. Food-safe and commercial-grade, the finish keeps its colour and character through service. Cooking times are quick — most proteins finish in 10 minutes or under. Game, burgers, fish, scallops, lobsters, vegetables, pizzas, breads, half chickens and meat cuts (especially bone-in) all come out with that signature charcoal colour and flavour.
One piece of equipment lets you expand your offering, create visual difference against your competitors, and build menu items you couldn't cook elsewhere. This colour makes sure they notice it.
