Why this induction hob earns its place
The i9043 is induction hob design for small spaces: two zones at 5 kW each, 400 mm wide, weighing just 41 kg. Despite the compact footprint, each zone delivers genuine service power—capable of rapid boil and precise temperature control. Two zones isn't limitation; it's clarity. Stock and sauce, or sauce and simmer. Two independent temperatures running exactly where you need them.
Induction's core advantage is precision: heat fires directly into the pan, not the surrounding air, which means instant response and no temperature drift. Adjust the dial and you're at the new setting immediately. The built-in pan sensors ensure heat only fires when there's a pan present, so you're not heating empty zones or driving unnecessary energy costs. The 6 mm toughened glass top is practical—spills wipe clean without leaving stains, and there's minimal heat emission into the kitchen itself, which matters in tight spaces. No open flames also means lower burn risk for staff.
Electrically, it's 400V three-phase at 10 kW, giving you the induction benefits without excessive power draw. Stainless steel build throughout, sized 400 x 900 x 350 mm. Falcon backs the F900 Series with a 2-year parts and labour warranty, extending to 3 years if needed.
