Why this boiling ring earns its place
The Parry 2 Burner LPG Hob AG2HP CD440 is a compact tabletop gas hob for mobile catering and smaller service setups. It measures 220 x 300 x 695 mm, weighs 17.5 kg and runs on propane gas, so it keeps the footprint tight while still giving you a proper two-burner cook station.
The hob is built from stainless steel and uses heavy-duty cast iron pan supports, which suits the sort of constant pan movement you expect in trade cooking. With a rated input of 11,100 W, it is a serious little unit rather than a light domestic-style appliance.
Parry supplies the hob with a natural gas conversion kit, and the manufacturer says gas bottles can also be used. That gives operators a bit of flexibility over install and fuel choice, which is valuable when the kit is going into vans, stalls or temporary kitchens.
