Why this gas hob earns its place
The BASE 700 GAS WOK COOKER 7178.0440 is a compact gas wok cooker with a 400 mm width, 700 mm depth and 900 mm height. It fits the same BASE 700 proportions as the rest of the line, but the wok-cooker format gives it a different role on the cookline.
At 50 kg gross weight, it is the lightest of the group in this batch, which makes the listed footprint and height especially useful when planning the station. The page gives you the exact size and weight without guesswork.
For buyers who need a gas wok cooker rather than a general fry top or hob, the decision point here is straightforward: a 400 mm-wide unit, a 700 mm-deep body and a 900 mm-high working height.
