Double-ring flame design on each burner means the flame spreads across the full pan base, heating faster and using fuel more efficiently than traditional single-ring designs.
The hob surface is built from 2 mm culinary grade 304 stainless steel pressed as one piece with deep drawn wells that catch and contain spills – they're as deep as the spillage gets, so grease pools right where you can see it and reach it. Wide raised corners ensure nothing runs onto the bench beside the hob. Removable caps on each burner make deep cleaning straightforward; individual cast iron pan supports won't bend or warp under heavy use. The laser-cut edges allow true edge-to-edge joining with other Falcon equipment, so you can build a coordinated cooking line that looks and operates as a suite, while keeping the advantages of separate units if one ever needs servicing.
At 1200 mm wide, this is a serious cooking station that takes real bench space, but it's compact enough to fit practically any commercial kitchen layout. The weight is substantial at 98 kg, reflecting the engineering underneath. Two-year parts and labour warranty covers the full unit.
