Why this boiling ring earns its place
The four-burner F900 gives you serious cooking power in a footprint that fits tight spaces. Four independent 9.5 kW burners mean you can run a large stockpot, a saucepan, a fryer pot and a boiling kettle all at the same time – enough capability for most pub and café kitchens without the sprawl of a six-burner line. Each burner is fitted with a double-ring design that spreads flame across the full pan base, heating more efficiently and faster than single-ring burners, which adds up when you're cycling pots throughout service.
The hob is pressed as a single piece of 2 mm culinary grade 304 stainless steel with deep drawn wells that contain spillages right where they fall – no grease running onto the bench. Wide raised corners keep the edges clean, and removable caps on each burner make it straightforward to deep clean around the burner heads. Cast iron pan supports are robust and won't warp under heavy pots. The laser-cut edges let you join this hob edge-to-edge with other Falcon F900 equipment, building a coordinated cooking line that functions as a suite while keeping each unit independently serviceable.
At just 800 mm wide and 68 kg, the four-burner hob is one of the most practical cooking tools for a mid-size kitchen. It's compact enough to fit against a wall or in a corner, and deep enough at 900 mm to work comfortably with tall stockpots. Two-year parts and labour warranty covers the whole unit.
