The Blue Seal E516S-B DX743 is a 6 plate countertop hob for kitchens that want serious plate output without giving up bench space. It gives you six cooking plates in a compact 900 mm wide format, with a stainless steel body that is built for regular commercial use.
The hob uses simple dial temperature controls and each element delivers up to 2.6kW of power. The generously sized plates can accommodate most pots and pans, so the unit is well suited to frying, boiling, simmering and sautéing.
