The Buffalo CU472 is a two-ring electric hob built for the modern professional kitchen. Its compact 400mm width makes it a useful option where space is limited, but you still need a serious cooking appliance on the line.
With one 1.5kW ring and one 2kW ring, it gives you two versatile cooking positions for frying, boiling or simmering. The hob top is fully pressed and sealed, which helps keep it easy to wipe clean after use.
The CU472 can be used as a countertop appliance or positioned on top of 400mm wide 600 Series cupboards, giving you some flexibility over how it is installed. It is part of the Buffalo 600 Series, so it is designed to suit with other 600 Series appliances and keep the cook line tidy.
