Why this free standing fryer earns its place
The DM541-P is the propane gas version of Lincat's Opus 800 free standing filtration fryer, built for busy commercial kitchens that need volume and controlled oil management. It measures 1070 x 400 x 800 mm, weighs 99.2 kg and is finished in stainless steel.
It holds 16 litres, uses two baskets and is rated at 51 kg/hr output. The manufacturer describes it as highly economic, with 97% energy efficiency, lower running costs and metallic-alloy mesh pre-mix gas burner technology.
Pumped filtration, residual heat recovery, fuzzy logic electronic temperature control, removable batter plates, electronic ignition and a wide bore pipe are all part of the design. The result is a fryer that is set up to keep working through service rather than turning oil handling into a separate chore.
