Why this free standing fryer earns its place
This Imperial Elite slimline twin gas fryer is built for kitchens that need serious frying capacity in a relatively slim stainless steel body. It uses natural gas and delivers a rated input of 32,000 W, with a temperature range from 93 to 204°C.
The twin-pan layout gives you two completely separate oil tanks, so you can keep different foods apart and run one side without the other when service is quieter. Independent controls make that separation practical, while the four heavy duty burners support consistent cooking across both pans.
It also comes with two large nickel-plated fry baskets, a double panel door, aluminium side panels, four adjustable legs, a large drain port and a fine mesh crumb screen. At 394 mm wide, 762 mm deep and 914 mm high, it keeps a slimline footprint while still offering 2 x 14 litre capacity and output of 18 kg chips per hour.
