Why this free standing fryer earns its place
Built for the daily rigours of a busy commercial kitchen, this Lincat Opus 800 fryer combines a heavy-duty stainless steel body with a 16 litre single tank and one basket. It is a free standing propane gas model with a 400 mm width, 800 mm depth and 1070 mm height, so it gives you a smaller footprint than the wider filtration fryers in the range.
The pumped filtration system is the key selling point. Lincat says the oil can be filtered and the fryer ready to fry again in under 5 minutes, with filtration possible during or after service, even while the oil is hot. That makes it easier to keep oil working longer without dragging the fryer out of service.
It runs at 230V with a 23,000 W rated input and works from +90 to +190 °C. The stainless steel finish, 93.5 kg gross weight and 2 year parts and labour warranty give you a compact but still serious commercial fryer for consistent frying work.
