Why this countertop fryer earns its place
The Parry NPDF3 is purpose-built for kitchens where fryer demand is steady but space is tight. Its twin-pan design—two independent 9-litre tanks with separate controls—lets you run different products simultaneously without cross-contamination: chips in one, chicken in the other. The heating elements are specially balanced to give you fast recovery between batches, so you're not waiting for temperature to climb back up while the lunch rush queues at the pass.
Each tank will push 14 kg of cooked product per hour, rated at 2000W. The temperature dial runs +50 to +200 °C, giving you the full range from holding warm to hard frying. You'll get two baskets, one per tank, so there's no swapping between stations—drop baskets straight into the oil you need.
Build is stainless steel throughout—460mm wide by 600mm deep by 600mm high, weighing just 23.5 kg. It sits comfortably on a counter beside your range. Power is a standard 13A plug, so you can move it if kitchen layout changes. Clean-down is straightforward once you switch off: let the oil cool, pop the drain valve, and the tank sits exposed enough to wipe properly.
