The BLIZZARD 16L Double Tank Electric Fryer BF8+8 gives you two 8 litre tanks in a stainless steel countertop body, so you can run two frying jobs side by side without taking up the space of a full freestanding fryer. It is a straightforward commercial unit with easy-to-use controls, LED indication lights and a manual thermostat.
Its footprint stays compact at 580 mm wide, 470 mm deep and 405 mm high, and the 19 kg gross weight keeps it relatively easy to position on a suitable counter. Lids and baskets are supplied, along with a mesh batter plate, drain tap and safety cut out for everyday use.
The fryer runs from a 2 x 13amp supply and has a rated input of 6000 W, with a temperature range from +50 to +190 °C.
