The Parry HOT12BM is a stainless steel hot cupboard with a bain marie top, made for service when food needs to stay hot, accessible and ready to plate. It is described as ideal for care homes, restaurants and canteens, and it doubles as a servery trolley for moving food where it is needed.
It is designed for wet or dry heat use, and the bain marie top takes gastronorm-compatible pots. The unit holds up to three full-size gastronorms, which are not supplied, so it gives service teams a straightforward way to keep dishes and accompaniments at ready-to-eat temperature.
Once service is over, the sliding doors, shelves and pans are all removable, which makes cleaning simpler. The cupboard sits on castors, measures 900 x 1200 x 650 mm and weighs 81.5 kg, with a 2 years parts and labour warranty.
