The Flexi-Serve system is designed for flexibility at service time. Each module can be used individually or suited together to form a fixed counter run, and the range is available in sizes that accommodate between 2 and 5 gastronorm pans. That makes it useful where the serving point needs to stay tidy, but still cope with changing demand.
