Why this hot cupboard earns its place
This Versicarte Pro counter is built as a mobile hot food service point, with stainless steel construction, a silver finish and a compact footprint that still gives you a proper service set-up. At 900 mm high, 1160 mm wide and 680 mm deep, it is designed to sit neatly in the serving line without losing the features that matter during a rush.
The top section gives you three 1/1 GN dry well bains marie with divider bars, so it can take a variety of 150 mm deep GN pan sizes. Below that, the two-shelf hot cupboard is accessed through sliding doors and uses removable rodded shelves with heavy-duty stainless steel supports, so the holding space is easy to work with in service.
Temperature control is practical rather than fussy. The hot cupboard has a thermostatic range from 30 to 110°C, while the heated and illuminated gantry adds warmth and a clear display point above the counter. The two-position glass sneeze screen can be set up for assisted or self-service, and the drop-down triple tube tray slide gives staff a level rest for trays or plates when they need it.
