The F872 is the dry-heat Silverlink 600 bain marie for straightforward countertop hot holding. It has a stainless-steel exterior, a silver finish and a 290 x 750 x 600 mm footprint, so it keeps the same tidy footprint as the rest of the range.
This model is specified with gastronorm dishes and a 1/2 GN half-pan layout, with capacity for 2 x 1/2, 3 x 1/6 and 2 x 1/4 GN. That gives it a useful amount of holding space for a compact unit without stepping outside the counter line.
