Why this food warmer earns its place
The Victor Caribbean Bain Marie Topper is a streamlined food warming solution for kitchens where space is tight but holding temperatures need to be precise. Built as a countertop unit, it accepts optional inserts to suit your workflow — whether that's holding sauces in hotel gastronorm pans, resting proteins, or keeping sides service-ready during service.
At 1200 mm wide but just 635 mm deep, it sits comfortably on existing work surfaces, freeing floorspace for the equipment that drives turnover. The stainless-steel build is built to last in a working kitchen; it weighs 50 kg and draws only 2400 W, so most existing 230V circuits can handle it straight away.
The unit is plugged, not hardwired — standard practice for a countertop piece. The design assumes it'll move or reset between services. Two years parts and labour covers you on anything that goes wrong.
