Why this fish fridge earns its place
The AP401TF is a single-door upright fish keeper — a stainless steel cabinet built specifically for holding fresh fish in back-of-house storage. The full-height format keeps a day's fish stock in a narrow footprint, away from other chilled goods.
It runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with automatic defrost, so the cabinet stays in service without a manual defrost stop. A climate class 5 rating means it holds temperature in demanding ambient conditions — the sort of heat a busy kitchen throws off.
The cabinet measures 557 × 775 × 2060 mm and weighs 138 kg. At 557 mm wide it's a narrow unit that fits a tight gap, but the 775 mm depth runs deeper than a standard cabinet, so check it against your aisle. At over two metres it needs headroom and a level floor.
