Why this upright fridge earns its place
The Foster EcoPro G3 GP612-SE is a commercial fish cabinet fridge in a single-door upright format. It is listed as a 600 litre model for kitchens, fish counters and preparation areas that need a dedicated chilled cabinet rather than sharing seafood with general refrigeration.
The -1 to +1 °C temperature range is the key difference here: it is a tighter, colder chilled duty than a general service fridge. The 700mm-wide, 820mm-deep and 2080mm-high cabinet gives the same full-height footprint family as other EcoPro G3 uprights, with a listed internal size of 1506 x 560 x 685mm.
The cabinet is listed with hinged access, a stainless steel exterior, aluminium interior and 50mm insulation. It uses R290 refrigerant with GWP 3, runs from a 230V supply and has a 121kg gross weight, so access and positioning should be checked before delivery.
