Why this fish fridge earns its place
The BR1SS-FISH is an upright single-door fish cabinet dedicated to fresh fish storage, giving a tall chilled column in a slim floor footprint rather than sharing space in a general-purpose fridge. Keeping fish in its own cabinet away from other raw stock helps a kitchen manage separation and keep strong odours contained to one unit, and the single door means the whole column opens in one motion rather than hunting through multiple compartments.
Day to day it runs automatic defrost, so there is no manual defrost cycle to fit around service — the cabinet clears frost on its own cycle while staff get on with prep. Cooling is handled by natural R290 refrigerant, a hydrocarbon gas with a low global warming potential, which needs the usual ventilation clearance around the condenser to keep running efficiently.
For install, the cabinet measures 680 × 810 × 2010 mm (W×D×H) — narrow across the front at 680 mm but full height at 2010 mm, so check door heights, ceiling clearance and the delivery route before it arrives. The exterior is stainless steel, which wipes clean and stands up to the daily knocks of a working kitchen, keeping the cabinet looking presentable on a customer-facing line.
