Why this under counter fridge earns its place
This is a double-door undercounter fridge from Williams' Aztra range, built as a genuine gastronorm cabinet rather than a plain cupboard fridge — it's 1/1 GN compatible throughout, so pans transfer straight in from prep, and it's engineered to keep running in hot kitchens up to 43°C ambient rather than just standard conditions.
Usable capacity is 146 litres (234 litres nominal) across four removable shelves, from an 885 × 734mm footprint. It holds +1°C to +4°C using air cooling with an advanced airflow design intended to eliminate warm spots, controlled through a CoolSmart controller. It's rated Energy Class A at 470.9 kWh a year with a 21.76% EEI, on R290 refrigerant, drawing 272W from a 230V supply, and is engineered to operate efficiently up to 40°C ambient.
Build is stainless steel exterior with an aluminium interior, 75mm polyurethane insulation with low GWP and zero ODP, and a magnetic balloon door gasket for a full seal. Doors are self-closing with an integrated easy-grab handle, the unit is front-vented so it installs into tight undercounter spaces, and it's mounted on rear castors with adjustable front feet for levelling. It's backed by a 2-year warranty and weighs 82kg.
