Why this under counter fridge earns its place
The Combisteel 7450.0551 is a single-door under-counter refrigerator in white, built to sit beneath a worktop in a kitchen run. It holds 200 litres of chilled stock, enough for a shift's mise en place and everyday ingredients at the point of use. That keeps cold ingredients within reach of the prep surface and leaves full-height and walk-in fridges free for bulk stock rather than day-to-day picking.
The unit runs at chilled temperatures between +2 and +8 °C, held steady by 45 mm of insulation and a static cooling system with fan assistance. In daily service the single door keeps the footprint tight — just 600 mm wide and 585 mm deep — which suits prep lines and back-bar positions where space is at a premium. It operates quietly at 50 dB(A), so it won't disrupt a working kitchen. Electrically it needs a standard 230 V supply and draws 15 kW. The unit weighs 49 kg, which matters for siting and delivery.
Because it is an under-counter format, fit matters: measure the gap in your run against the external dimensions (600 mm wide, 585 mm deep, 855 mm tall) before ordering. Check that it clears your worktop height and any plinth or cabinetry. Craven Cooling can advise on siting, drainage and installation if you are working the unit into an existing counter line.
