Why this under counter fridge earns its place
This is a single-door under-counter fridge that lives beneath the bench in a working kitchen, holding 130 litres of chilled stock. Instead of a walk to a tall fridge across the room, it puts chilled storage exactly where cooks prep, so mise en place, dairy and garnish stay to hand. The stainless steel 430 body is chosen for a commercial kitchen's wash-down and hygiene routine — it wipes down between services without the fuss of a painted finish.
Day to day it holds chilled temperatures between +2 and +8 °C, maintained by 45 mm of insulation and a static cooling system. The single door gives quick, whole-cabinet access during service. At 50 dB(A) it operates quietly, and at 44 kg it is lighter than many competitors, which eases siting and delivery. It connects to a standard 230 V supply.
Because it is an under-counter unit, the height and depth have to clear your worktop and any cabinetry. The unit is 600 mm wide, 585 mm deep and 845 mm tall, so measure the gap under your bench before ordering. Our team can confirm the fit if you send us the opening, and we can advise on siting, drainage and electrical connections.
