The 7450.0530 is a single-door under-counter fridge — refrigerated storage sized to slot beneath a standard work surface. It puts the day's chilled stock at the point of use, under the bench a cook already works at, instead of sending them to a full-height upright across the kitchen for every ingredient. The cabinet holds 101 litres of chilled storage at +2 to +8 °C.
A single hinged door opens the full cabinet onto shelved refrigerated storage for gastronorm pans, trays and containers. Because it lives under the counter, the worktop above stays usable for prep and the fridge keeps the section self-contained through service. Stainless steel 430 throughout means it wipes down between shifts and holds up to daily wash-down. The unit features automatic defrost, so stock stays fresh without manual intervention.
