Why this upright fridge earns its place
The AUP-11G CR is a single-door upright cabinet from Fagor's Advance range, built for 2/1 gastronorm tray storage where a kitchen needs serious upright cold storage with a commercial-grade build behind it. Net capacity is 453 litres (610 litres gross), with 24 different levels for 2/1 GN pans inside.
Cooling performance is rated to Climate Class 5, so the cabinet holds its set temperature reliably even in a hot, high-throughput kitchen. It's Energy Class A rated, consuming 335.8 kWh/year with an EEI of 24.8%, drawing 158W on a 220-240V supply — and the door is self-closing, cutting energy loss during a busy service.
Build is AISI 304 stainless steel, interior and exterior, with embedded tray slides so there are no fussy clips or brackets to clean around — just slide the shelf out and wipe it down. Insulation is 40kg/m³ injected polyurethane, the cabinet has 3 plastic-coated shelves, castors as standard, and locks fitted to all doors. Fagor backs it with 2 years parts and labour.
