In service the two doors let staff get in and out fast without leaving the whole cabinet open, which helps hold temperature on a hard-run line. The 2/1 gastronorm body takes full-size trays and pans, so stock stays in the trays it was prepped in. At 2079 mm tall and 1460 mm wide, this is a substantial cabinet that needs planning—measure doorways, lifts and standing space before delivery. Leave the condenser area clear for airflow, and plan the run-in for a wide unit.
