Why this upright fridge earns its place
The Foster EcoPro G3 GP619-SE is a double-door upright fridge for kitchens that need serious chilled cabinet capacity without stepping up to a cold room. It gives you 1350 litres gross and 964 litres net storage in a two-door cabinet, with a +1 to +4 °C temperature range for service stock, prep ingredients and chilled holding.
The six-shelf layout is sized around 2/1 GN use, so it suits kitchens already working with gastronorm containers as part of prep and service. Hinged doors give straightforward access, while the 1440mm wide, 855mm deep and 2080mm high cabinet needs to be planned as a full-height, high-capacity storage unit rather than a compact upright.
The build is practical Foster back-of-house kit: stainless steel outside, aluminium inside and 50mm insulation. Fan-assisted cooling and R290 refrigerant with GWP 3 are listed in the specification, and the cabinet is supplied with a 2 years on-site parts and labour warranty.
