Why this triple door pizza prep counter earns its place
The TEFCOLD PT1310 is a pizza prep counter built to hold dough, toppings and prep chilled at the line. It is a refrigerated base under a prep surface, finished in SS304 stainless steel inside and out so it wipes clean between services and copes with a heavy shift. With 390 litres gross and 370 litres net behind two hinged self-closing doors, it puts a serious volume of chilled stock within reach of the make station.
Day to day it holds +2 to +10 °C under an electronic controller, with ventilated cooling to keep the temperature even across the load and automatic defrost so there is no manual routine. A rated 42 dB keeps it acceptable near the line, and climate class 4 covers a normal kitchen ambient. On its rated 879.7 kWh a year, and a 300 W input, it works out at about £220 a year at 25p/kWh — energy class B.
Internally it measures 1052 × 630 × 589 mm, and it ships at 2050 × 840 × 1050 mm packed, so it is a wide unit — plan the access route and doorways before delivery. It runs off a standard 13 amp supply at 220-240V on R600a refrigerant with a 95 g charge. At 320 kg net it needs a firm, level floor and a proper lift into place.
