Why this triple door pizza prep counter earns its place
A three-door pizza prep counter built for the make-line. A refrigerated well across the top holds eight 1/6 GN containers of toppings within reach, while the doored cabinet below keeps 402 litres of dough, bases and bulk stock chilled. It puts a whole pizza station in one unit.
The topping rail keeps garnishes sorted and to hand, so a pizzaiolo builds without turning away from the line, and the cabinet underneath holds backup stock for a long service. It maintains +2 to +8 °C with automatic defrost — no ice clearing during shift. Prep, storage and assembly sit in the same footprint.
It is a floor-standing counter measuring 1365 × 700 mm footprint and 1075 mm tall, weighing 181 kg. It runs from standard 230V mains on a 0.24 kW circuit — no special wiring required. Measure doorways and bench space before delivery to ensure it reaches the line without sticking.
