Why this drawer fridge earns its place
This is a refrigerated counter that pairs a single door with a two-drawer stack, built for the working line of a commercial kitchen. The drawers pull out to bring chilled pans straight to the cook without opening a full-height door, while the door side handles bulkier or backup stock. Together they hold 257 litres at +2 to +8 °C. The top stays clear for prep, so storage and work happen in one footprint.
Day to day, the drawers take the fast-moving prep the line reaches for repeatedly, which means less swinging of a full door and steadier temperature between grabs. The door side holds what you dip into less often. It arrives as a self-contained unit with a built-in evaporator, 45 mm insulation and automatic defrost, so it positions, connects and runs on a 230V 50Hz supply without a separate condensing unit to plumb in. It is part of the Energy Line range and weighs 93 kg when delivered.
For siting, this counter measures 903 mm wide and 700 mm deep. Plan it into your prep line with ventilation clearance around the refrigeration and connect it to a standard kitchen supply. Check the width and depth against your doorway and the gap on your line before delivery — the Craven Cooling team can confirm the fit if you need it.
