Why this drawer fridge earns its place
This refrigerated counter gives a prep or service line three chilled drawers in a low 600 mm high format. At 1600 mm wide and 700 mm deep, it sits where front-access refrigerated storage is needed beneath a separate work surface, keeping garnishes, portions and high-turnover ingredients at the point of use.
The three-drawer layout gives more separation than a two-drawer model without moving into the full length of a four-drawer run. The unit provides 280 litres of gross volume and holds a -2 to +8 °C chilled range with ventilated cooling, automatic defrost and a digital controller.
The stainless steel AISI 304 cabinet, 50 mm insulation and 43 °C maximum ambient rating make it a serious commercial counter for hot kitchens.
